Shredded Beef Burrito

This looks plain and boring but I didn't have much in my fridge when i made it up...
I love left overs but I love making something out of my left overs...
I had half a uncooked roast in my fridge and some other things I just needed to get rid of so here goes the new recipe!

Small Roast
1 cup enchilada sauce
taco seasoning
4 cups water

freshly sniped cilantro
tortillas

In your crock-pot add Small Roast taco  seasoning, and water. cook on high 4 to 6 hours you sauce should have reduce it self by then. with a fork sherd the beef and put back in sauce let cook for another 30 mins or so.... Place on tortilla and add cilantro!
It was so spicy I was dying but once I added the cilantro it was so good!  The perfect balance!

Mongolian BBQ

I have fallen in love with Mongolian grill places and then I thought why do I need to go anywhere I can just make this at home!  So here is my made up recipe and the final result.
 Oil
Semi Frozen Meat
1/2 of a large Onion
2 tbs Garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
Vegtables of your choice
( I did carrots and Broccoli)
2 Tbs of water
Fully cooked Rice

I used Still Frozen meat because its easier to slice in to thin strips for this one I just got a roast out of the Freezer and let it be for a few hours then I cut it in half and thinly sliced the meat and set that aside

Ine a large Frying pan put just enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan then add you onion, garlic and what ever veggis you decided on. Let those cook until the onions are almost translucent. Then add your meat and soy sauce Cook until meat is fully cooked occasionally adding water to the pan, serve over rice salt and pepper to taste and thier you go a really simple meal that I love
